Regulatory Frameworks We Operate Under
International Traffic in Arms Regulations
ITAR governs the export and import of defense articles, defense services, and related technical data listed on the US Munitions List (USML). All ITAR-controlled items we handle are processed with the required State Department authorizations, and we conduct thorough end-user screening on every transaction.
Export Administration Regulations
EAR, administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) under the US Department of Commerce, controls the export of dual-use goods, software, and technology. We classify all items under the Commerce Control List (CCL) and obtain the necessary export licenses where required.
Office of Foreign Assets Control
We screen all customers, end users, and transactions against OFAC sanctions lists and other restricted party lists prior to processing any order. No business is conducted with sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries.
United States Munitions List
